1. General Information
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.shopstiluna.com. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms described below. We ship internationally from our fulfilment warehouse in City of Industry, California, USA.
All orders are dispatched in compliance with applicable export regulations. Delivery times quoted are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date of purchase.

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
2.1 Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 AM (midnight, EST) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
2.2 Handling Time
All orders are processed within 0β2 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding U.S. and applicable public holidays) after successful payment verification. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Handling time is separate from transit time. Estimated delivery = handling time + transit time.
2.3 Order Verification
In some cases, additional verification may be required before an order is processed. If this applies to your order, our customer service team will contact you within one business day. This may add 1β2 additional business days to your handling time.

International orders (EU & UK): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact cost will be displayed before you confirm your order. No hidden charges are added after checkout.

5. Carriers & Tracking
5.1 Carriers
We ship with trusted international and domestic carriers, including:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If your tracking link is not yet active, please allow one business day before contacting us.

6. International Shipping β EU & UK
6.1 EU Countries (Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Sweden)
Orders shipped to EU countries are subject to EU customs regulations. Shipments are declared at their full commercial value.
VAT & Import Duties: As a non-EU seller, SHOPSTILUNA does not collect EU VAT at checkout. Depending on the order value and your country of residence, customs duties and import VAT may be applied by your national customs authority upon arrival. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
EU Threshold: Under EU regulations, import VAT applies to all orders (including low-value goods under EUR 150 where customs duty may not apply). Please check your local customs rules before ordering.
6.2 United Kingdom (Post-Brexit)
UK Import Duties: Since 1 January 2021, the United Kingdom is no longer part of the EU Single Market. Orders shipped to the UK are subject to UK customs regulations. Import VAT (20%) applies to all goods. For orders above GBP 135, customs duty may also apply.
Any customs duties, import VAT, or carrier handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
6.3 Customs Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which can add additional days to the estimated transit time. SHOPSTILUNA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

7. Shipping Address
Accuracy is your responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before confirming your order, including apartment/unit numbers, postal/ZIP codes, and country.
SHOPSTILUNA is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or delayed packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@shopstiluna.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
8.1 Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

We will investigate with the carrier and provide an update within 2 business days.
8.2 Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, SHOPSTILUNA will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. Please allow up to 10 business days from the last tracking event before a shipment is declared lost.
8.3 Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopstiluna.com with:

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and to the following international destinations: Germany, Denmark, Finland, France, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or freight forwarding addresses for international orders. Certain product categories may be subject to export restrictions and may not be eligible for international shipping.
